Toluca Lake

 

Toluca Lake is located north of Universal City and offers beautiful homes and scenery. Homes surround the famous Toluca Lake and the surrounding areas and the neighborhood is filled with industry insiders and celebrities. The name comes from a private natural lake that is filled by the Los Angeles River and maintained by the property owners surrounding the lake. The schools in Toluca Lake are split between the Burbank Unified School District and the Los Angeles Unified School District. Lots of shopping, entertainment and restaurants are emerging in the Toluca Lake Village adding on to the long, unique list of offerings by the city.
